**In the interest of hygiene and customer protection, Le’Host Hair & Wigs WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.**
Therefore, we ask our customers to verify and double-check their orders before submitting payment.
Please Note!!!  AT MANAGMENT'S DESCRETION, any and all returns will include a 35% restocking fee. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. If you do not contact us within the 14-day period, your exchange request will be denied.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards for any reason.
Exchanges for Damaged/Defective Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds back into your account.
