Section 1 – All Sales Final — Hygiene Policy

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Due to the nature of our products and in the interest of hygiene and customer safety, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items once they have been shipped. This policy applies to all orders without exception.

 

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review and verify their order details — including product selection, size, color, and shipping address — prior to completing their purchase. Le’Host Beauty assumes no responsibility for errors made at the time of order placement.

 

Section 2 – Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date to be eligible for review.

 

Claims submitted outside of this 14-day window will not be considered, and Le’Host Beauty reserves the right to deny any such request without further review.

 

To initiate a claim, please contact us with the following information:

       Your order number

       A description of the issue

       Photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

       Your preferred contact method for follow-up

 

Section 3 – Exchanges — Damaged or Defective Items Only

Exchanges are considered exclusively for items that are damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, and only where a valid claim has been submitted within the 14-day window described in Section 2.

 

If your claim is approved, the following process applies:

       We will evaluate the reported issue and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate at our sole discretion

       Items may be required to be returned for inspection prior to final approval

       If approved, a replacement item or refund will be issued to your original payment method

 

Please note the following regarding refund processing:

       Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

       Once a refund is issued by Le’Host Beauty, the timing of its appearance in your account is outside of our control

 

Section 4 – Restocking Fee

At management’s sole discretion, any approved return may be subject to a restocking fee of 35% of the item’s purchase price. The following costs are non-refundable under all circumstances:

       Original shipping and handling charges

       Return shipping costs, unless otherwise explicitly approved in writing by Le’Host Beauty

 

Section 5 – Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, regardless of condition or reason:

       Sale or clearance items

       Gift cards

       Products that have been used, worn, altered, or opened

 

Any item that does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in this policy will be returned to the customer at their expense or discarded if return shipping cannot be arranged.

 

Section 6 – Right to Deny

Le’Host Beauty reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request at its sole discretion, including when:

       The claim is submitted outside of the applicable time window

       Sufficient evidence has not been provided

       The item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

       There is reason to believe the claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith

 

Our decision on all return, refund, and exchange matters is final.
