Beginning this MONDAY, May 23rd, we will be Jumping For Joy! We want YOU to join us #wignation This will be an amazing time for all of us as a community to come together and get healthy

JUMPING FOR JOY means jumping till we are healthy, feeling good, and looking better.

Here's how to join:

- LIKE Le'Host Hair & Wigs Facebook page

- Commit to jumping 100 jumps a day for 100 days straight

- Post at least 1 video/photo a day doing the challenge on FB and/or IG

- Use the hashtag #LehostJumpingForJoy for EVERY post
