Shipping & Identity Verification

For your security, if your shipping address and billing address differ, you are required to submit a legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and a copy of the credit card used for the purchase. Signature Confirmation

For your protection, all orders with a total value exceeding $100.00 are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery. This ensures your order is received securely and is not left unattended.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your USPS tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time by visiting www.usps.com and entering your tracking number in the designated field.

Shipping Days and Hours of Operation

Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, excluding the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve, as well as all other government-observed holidays during which the United States Postal Service is closed.

Please be aware that deliveries may also experience delays on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. For the most current postal schedule, please visit www.usps.com.

Shipping Rates and Options

The following shipping options are available for orders placed through Le’Host Beauty. Carrier-calculated shipping costs will be applied automatically at checkout.

Ground Shipping (U.S. Only)

Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carrier at checkout.

Express 2nd-Day Shipping (U.S. Only)

Estimated delivery in 2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carrier at checkout.

Express Next-Day Shipping (U.S. Only)

Estimated delivery in 1 business day to most U.S. destinations. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carrier at checkout. If an item is out of stock at time of order, it will be shipped via express next-day service on the following business day upon restocking.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to all countries outside the United States at a flat rate of $65.00. Orders are shipped via UPS International Global Express Mail with an estimated transit time of 5–10 business days. All international shipments include a tracking number and insurance coverage. International deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Exchange and Return Policy

New Policy

1. If you wish to exchange merchandise by mail, please bring your package to a local post office or UPS location and return it to the address indicated on your original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Prior to returning any item, please call 1-702-963-1994 and a customer service representative will assist you with the exchange process. Please include a copy of your original receipt with the return. If you no longer have your receipt, please include a slip with your full name, phone number, mailing address, and account number.

2. Please note that your exchanged item cannot be dispatched until we have received and processed your returned merchandise. Delivery of your new item may be delayed due to the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Deliveries may also be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. If you did not receive the exact item you ordered, we will reship the correct item at no additional charge. To qualify for this guarantee, returned hair must be unaltered and in its original condition.
