Our Founders
Haith Johnson, a seasoned beauty expert and CEO of Le Host Hair & Wigs, has dedicated over 37 years to revolutionizing the beauty industry. Starting as a celebrity stylist for renowned gospel icons like Yolanda Adams and CeCe Winans, Haith's passion for empowering women led her to create a line of haircare products and wigs, which have become staples in major retailers like Walmart and Amazon. Her work has been featured in prestigious publications such as Black Enterprise and Sheen Magazine, and she has shared her expertise on national radio and TV shows. Beyond her business success, Haith is deeply committed to giving back, particularly through initiatives like the "Stepping into Purpose" program, which supports cancer survivors, veterans, and young entrepreneurs through her nonprofit, Love That Works.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Haith is an ordained minister with a bachelor's degree in pastoral counseling. She and her husband have successfully navigated their business through challenges, including a significant pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning from a salon/retail model to a 100% e-commerce store and manufacturing fulfillment center. Haith's dedication to community service is evident in her work with the American Cancer Society and VA Hospitals, where she provides wigs and cranial prosthetics to those in need. She continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs, ensuring that her legacy of empowerment extends far beyond the beauty industry.
